The Creative Legacy Partnership

16 WEEK PROJECT ASSISTANCE

Dedicated 16-week project assistance to bring your creative vision to life.
I will hands-on project management to help you plan, structure, and complete your creative endeavor from start to finish. This is not just admin support—it’s strategic collaboration grounded in creative understanding.

  • I’ll manage budgets, research, technical support, website design, and social media strategy — keeping everything on track so you can focus on creating.

  • Ideal for long-term creative projects across all disciplines.

It includes:
16 Weekly meetings for updates, agreements, inclusions, coaching, training
40 hrs of support, 3 hrs/week (cumulative, yes)
Website design or overhaul
Social media set up
Newsletter Template Design
10 photographs of products, services or headshots

This package is customized to the project so, there can be add-on services.

  • This program is designed for artists who want to professionalize their careers, organize their work, and present themselves with clarity and confidence online.

  • The program typically unfolds over 8 weeks. Sessions are scheduled in advance. Please see below regarding missed sessions.

  • The total cost is $2,725 USD.
    You’ll pay 50% up front ($1,362.50) to begin, with the remaining half due four weeks later.
    Payments can be made via Zelle or Direct Deposit. Credit card payments will be available soon.

  • Great! We’ll build on what you already have. Whether it’s a website or social account, we can review, refine, and refresh it to align with this new phase of your creative career.

  • Yes. Before we begin, you'll receive a form to submit any existing materials such as:

    • Your current website

    • Photos of your artwork (if available)

    • Previous bios or artist statements

    • Social media handles

    If you don’t have any materials, we’ll start from scratch.

  • Rescheduling is very limited, and missed sessions are non-refundable. Please do your best to commit to the schedule we agree on at the beginning.

  • You’ll receive a curated folder of high-resolution images, including:

    • 4 portraits or headshots of you

    • 12 detailed shots of your artwork

    • 4 studio or behind-the-scenes images that capture your process and environment

  • Absolutely. You only need access to your email, follow links, keep track of your digital calendar and use Zoom. I take care of the rest.

  • Item You’ll leave with a professional online presence, high-quality assets, and a clear strategy for your next steps.
    If you'd like continued support with your website, social media, or career planning, ongoing assistance is available for an additional fee. Mention it and we’ll discuss it.
