HOW IT WORKS

We will work together over the course of 8 weeks to build your artist kit: website, newsletter, social media, bio, statement, and artwork photography, ensuring everything is clear, aligned, and professional.

You’ll also receive personalized guidance during six coaching sessions via zoom, plus, photography of your artwork, headshots, in-studio photos and a couple of guides for pricing and cataloguing.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • This is a hands-on, collaborative service designed to help you professionalize your creative practice from the inside out. Together, we refine your online presence, organize your portfolio, write your bio and artist statement, and create the materials you need to confidently share your work.

  • You’ll receive six 1:1 coaching sessions, a full professional photoshoot (including artwork, studio, and portraits), a custom website or redesign, newsletter template, social media setup, a personalized pricing guide, a cataloging system for your work, and support writing or refining your artist bio and statement.

  • The Review Session is a one-time recorded critique. The Professional Artist program is where we roll up our sleeves and actually do the work together: writing, designing, organizing, and building the tools you need to present yourself professionally.

  • This program is designed for artists who want to professionalize their careers, organize their work, and present themselves with clarity and confidence online.

  • The program typically unfolds over 8 weeks. Sessions are scheduled in advance. Please see below regarding missed sessions.

  • The total cost is $2,725 USD. You can choose to pay in full or in two installments.
    If selecting the payment plan, a 50% deposit ($1,362.50) is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due one week before our first session.

  • That’s completely fine. If you're starting from scratch we can begin from wherever you are and build a system that fits your goals and workflow.

  • Great! We’ll build on what you already have. Whether it’s a website or social account, we can review, refine, and refresh it to align with this new phase of your creative career.

  • I primarily work with Squarespace. If you need a different platform we can discuss it.

  • Yes. Before we begin, you'll receive a form to submit any existing materials such as:

    • Your current website

    • Photos of your artwork (if available)

    • Previous bios or artist statements

    • Social media handles

    If you don’t have any materials, we’ll start from scratch.

  • You’ll receive a curated folder of high-resolution images, including:

    • 4 portraits or headshots of you

    • 12 detailed shots of your artwork

    • 4 studio or behind-the-scenes images that capture your process and environment

  • Rescheduling is very limited, and missed sessions are non-refundable. Please do your best to commit to the schedule we agree on at the beginning.

  • No. I guide the entire process and handle the technical pieces. You’ll have decisions to make and materials to share, but I’ll take care of the backend and keep everything organized and moving.

  • Absolutely. You only need access to your email, follow links, keep track of your digital calendar and use Zoom. I take care of the rest.

  • You’ll leave with a professional online presence, high-quality assets, and a clear strategy for your next steps.
    If you'd like continued support with your website, social media, or career planning, ongoing assistance is available for an additional fee. Mention it and we’ll discuss it.
